摘　　要：目的 探讨结构-过程-结果 (structure-process-outcome, SPO)模型在静脉用药调配中心(PIVAS)输液安全管理体系中的作用。方法 基于SPO模型的基础上结合医疗失效模式与效应分析(HFMEA)方法,对PIVAS输液安全体系进行研究,制定并实施有效防范措施,对改进前后数据进行分析。结果 PIVAS输液安全提高,差错率下降明显。结论 基于SPO模型构建PIVAS输液安全管理体系,能够降低PIVAS成品输液安全管理中的不合格率,确保患儿静脉输液安全。Objective To explore the application of the structure-process-outcome(SPO)model in the pharmacy intravenous admixture services(PIVAS)infusion safety management system.Methods Based on the SPO model and combined with the healthcare failure mode and effect analysis(HFMEA),the PIVAS infusion safety system was studied,effective preventive measures were formulated and implemented,and the data before and after improvement were analyzed.Results The safety of intravenous infusions in PIVAS has been improved,and the error rate has decreased significantly.Conclusion The construction of PIVAS infusion safety management system based on SPO model can reduce the failure rate in the safety management of PIVAS infusion and ensure the safety of intravenous infusion for children.
