摘 要:目的探讨肝癌手术中体温护理现状,利用精益管理方法降低术中患者低体温发生率。方法分析2021年3—12月精益管理实施前和2022年3—12月精益管理实施后肝癌手术患者低体温状况,比较精益管理实施前后肝癌手术患者低体温发生率。结果实施前肝癌患者术中低体温发生率1绿卡1黄卡8红卡。实施后为9绿卡1红卡,差异具有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论肝癌手术中患者低体温的影响因素较多,精益管理能够对造成低体温的原因实施干预以降低其发生。Objective To explore the current situation of body temperature nursing in liver cancer surgery,and to reduce the incidence of intraoperative hypothermia in patients with liver cancer by lean management.Methods The status of hypothermia in patients undergoing liver cancer surgery before the implementation of lean management from March to December 2021 and after the implementation of lean management from March to December 2022 were analyzed,and the incidence of hypothermia in patients undergoing liver cancer surgery before and after the implementation of lean management was compared.Results Before implementation,the incidence of intraoperative hypothermia in patients with liver cancer was 1 green card,1 yellow card,and 8 red cards.After the implementation,the number of green cards was 9 and the number of red cards was 1,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).Conclusion There are many influencing factors of hypothermia in patients undergoing liver cancer surgery.Lean management can intervene these factors to reduce the occurrence of hypothermia.
