摘  要:目的 设计、构建浙江省数字化血小板基因配型系统。方法 通过优化业务流程和精准匹配,明确了系统功能与操作流程,在分析系统利益相关者及操作需求基础上,绘制系统职责及流程图。结果 实现了全省血小板基因分型数据的收集,并开发了血小板基因配型业务交互模块,系统运行效果良好。数字化配型方法的平均等待时间为3.9天,与手工配型相比,效率提升了27.78%。结论 数字化血小板基因配型系统显著提升了血小板配型效率,缩短了患者等待时间,有效促进了血站间的资源调配与共享。Objective To design and construct a digital platelet genotyping system in Zhejiang province.Methods Through optimizing the business process and accurate matching,the system function and operation process were clarified.Based on the analysis of system stakeholders and operation requirements,the system responsibilities and flow chart were drawn.Results It has realized the collection of platelet genotyping data across the province and developed a business interaction module for platelet genotyping.The system ran well.The average waiting time for the digital genotyping was 3.9 days,which was 27.78%higher than that of manual genotyping.Conclusion Digital platelet genotyping system significantly improves the efficiency of platelet matching,shortens the waiting time of patients,and effectively promotes the allocation and sharing of resources among blood banks.
