摘  要:湿法炼锌过程中产生的挥发窑渣,有价金属无法综合回收利用。通过挥发窑渣的浮选脱碳、铜银混合浮选、磁选、重选等试验研究得到了含铜银的精矿、铁精矿和还原铁粉,考察了各工艺条件对回收效果的影响。确定了浮选脱碳过程中捕收剂用量1500 g/t,起泡剂用量300 g/t,铜银混合浮选中PT铁矿物抑制剂用量为500 g/t,磁选强度1300高斯,在重选过程中加入植物胶作为抗氧化剂。Volatilizing kiln slag generated from the zinc hydro-metallurgy process,the valuable metals in the kiln slag cannot be recycled comprehensively.The following steps were taken,using a volatilizing kiln for flotation decarburization,bulk flotation of copper and silver,magnetic separation,gravity separation,and other experimental studies,then it got the copper-bearing silver concentrate,iron concentrate,and reduced iron powder,the effect of each process conditions on recovery results were investigated.It is confirmed in the process of flotation and decarburization,the collecting agent dosage is 1500 g/t,the dosage of foaming agent is 300 g/t,PT iron mineral inhibitor depressor dosage for bulk flotation of copper and silver is 500 g/t,the magnetic separation intensity is 1300 Gauss,plant gum is taken as the antioxidant and added into gravity separation process.
