摘  要:针对云南某选厂铁精矿,开展MLA测试和铁精矿再磨再选工艺试验研究。开展立式螺旋搅拌磨磨矿介质对比试验和修正的Levin试验确定最佳磨矿介质,表明1000 gФ8 mm的钢球磨矿效果最好,将物料磨至-38μm占90%时吨功耗为4.61 kW·h/t,比1500 g Bond标准球低7.27 kW·h/t。使用立式螺旋搅拌磨开展流程改造闭路试验,对比流程改造前后指标变化情况,结果表明改造后铁精矿细度达到了-38μm目占90%,相比于改造前上升了6.6个百分点,铁精矿品位上升至66.06%,相比于改造前上升了3.05个百分点,每年可增加1518.70万元的经济效益。MLA tests and regrinding and recleaning process experimental studies of iron concentrate were developed according to the iron concentrate of one dressing plant in Yunnan.MLA test results show,the single separation degree is low,it has big ore grinding optimization space.The comparison tests between vertical screw agitating mill regrinding media and correctional Levin test were carried out to confirm the best ore grinding media,the results of the tests show that 1000 gΦ8 mm steel ball has the best ore grinding results when the materials were ground to-38μm,accounting for 90%,its power consumption per ton is 4.61 kW.h.t-1,it 7.27 kW.h.t-1 lower than 1500 g Bond standard ball.The vertical screw agitating mill was adopted for the development of process transformation closed circuit test,according to the indicators variation before and after process transformation,the results show,that when the transformation finished,the fineness of iron concentrate reached-38μm,accounting for 90%,compared to data before transformation,it is increased by 6.6%,the grade of iron concentrate increased by 66.06%,compared to the data before transformation,it is increased by 3.05%,then the economic benefits can be increased by¥15.187 million yuan per year.
