中和沉淀法从锌锗浸出液中制备锗精矿

摘  要:针对单宁沉淀法回收锗存在的锗含量低、单宁酸过量等问题,采用“预中和-两段中和沉淀法”从锌锗浸出液中分离富集回收锗,研究了两段中和沉淀过程中中和剂种类、中和剂用量、超声波加入时间等因素对锗沉淀率的影响。结果表明:在温度85℃,中和剂1碱式碳酸锌用量为理论量0.8倍,一段中和时间为60 min,中和剂2氢氧化钠用量为理论量1.3倍,超声波功率密度为20 W/cm^(2),频率为25 kHz,二段中和时间为120 min的条件下,锗的沉淀率达99%,制备的锗精矿含锗≥2.44%。For problems that exist in germanium recovery by tannin precipitation method,Such as low content of germainum,overdose of tannin acid and so on,the"pre-neutralization-two-stage neutralization and precipitation method"is adopted for separating,enriching and recycling germanium from zinc-germanium liquid solution,it studied the effect of the following factors on germanium precipitation rate,which are neutralizer types,dosage,ultrasonic addition time and other factors in two-stage neutralization and precipitation process.The results show:that when the temperature is 85℃,the basic zinc carbonate dosage of neutralizer 1 is 0.8 times of theoretical quantity,the neutralization time of one-stage is 60 min,the sodium hydroxide dosage of neutralizer 2 is 1.3 times of theoretical quantity,ultrasonic power density is 20 W/cm^(2),the frequency is 25 kHz,when the neutralization time of two-stage is 120 min,the precipitation rate of germanium can reach 99%,and the germanium content in prepared germanium concentrate≥2.44%.
