摘  要:针对高硅含金、银物料难冶炼的问题,使用CaO-Na_(2)O-SiO_(2)三元渣系中频炉火法冶炼的方法回收金、银,研究了CaO-SiO_(2)二元系、CaO-FeO-SiO_(2)-Na_(2)O系和CaO-Na_(2)O-SiO_(2)三元系造渣剂对回收金、银效果的影响,结果表明金、银的回收率分别可达97%、96%。该工艺操作简单,生产成本低,且不会造成二次污染。Gold-bearing and silver-bearing hign silicon material is hard to smelt,then CaO-Na_(2)O-SiO_(2) ternary slag system intermediate frequency furnace pyrometallurgy method is adopted for recovery of gold and silver,it is studied the effect of slagging flux of CaO-SiO_(2) binary system and CaO-Na_(2)O-SiO_(2) ternary system on recovery results of gold and silver,results show:that the recovery rate of gold and silver can reach to 97%and 96%separately.The process operation is simple,it has low production costs,and it can not cause secondary pollution.
