摘  要:针对艾萨炉炼铅工艺因为铅物料复杂造成生产过程波动大等问题,结合生产实际,对艾萨炉炼铅工艺进行了冶金计算,结果表明:热收入中艾萨炉干精矿反应放热占比最大、达到55.85%;热支出中富铅渣、烟气等带走热量占比最大,达到66.24%。通过上述计算及生产实践验证,为艾萨炉炼铅工艺的配料和热能利用提供了理论依据。In the lead smelting process of ISASMELT Furnace,the production process fluctuates wildly because of complex lead materials,metallurgical calculation of the ISASMELT furnace lead smelting process was carried out combined with the production practice,results show that:the occupancy ratio of dry concentrate reaction exothermic in heat income is maximum,which reaches 55.85%;the largest proportion of heat is taken away by lead-rich slag,fume and so on in heat income,which reaches 66.24%.The above-mentioned calculation and production practice verification provide theoretical foundations for proportioning and thermal energy utilization of the lead smelting process of ISASMELT furnace.
