提高预焙阳极焙烧外观合格率的研究及实践

摘　　要：针对预焙阳极在焙烧过程中影响外观质量的问题,结合装炉技术操作和设备现状对影响合格率的原因进行了分析,提出了改进的相应措施。经过生产实践,预焙阳极不合格块占总炭块的百分比由0.58%下降至0.44%。The appearance quality of the pre-baked anode was influenced during the roasting process,to resolve the problem,the influence reasons were analyzed combined with the furnace installation technical operation and equipment current situation,and the corresponding improvement measures are proposed.After production practice,the proportion of the unqualified block of pre-baked anode was decreased from 0.58%to 0.44%.
