摘 要:针对牌号为ZG200-400阳极钢爪铁液熔炼工艺技术铁液化学成分不合格问题,对影响阳极钢爪铁液熔炼的主要因素设备的选型、配料、熔炼工艺及化学成分进行分析,采用改进中频炉管理,优化配料装料管理、熔炼工艺及化学成分控制的方法,经过实践,中频炉运行故障率降低了64%;钢爪铁液出炉温度不合格次数降低了53%;钢爪铁液化学成分不合格次数降低了76%。Melted iron produced by anode steel claw(brand name is ZG200-400)melting process technology,which chemical component is unqualified,so it analyzed the main influence factors for anode steel claw melted iron smelting,such as equipment selection,proportioning,smelting process,and chemical components,the improved intermediate frequency furnace management is adopted,the proportioning and feeding management,smelting process,and chemical composition controlling method are optimized,after practice,the operation failure rate of the intermediate frequency furnace is reduced by 64%;the unqualified temperature of steel claw melted iron out of the furnace is decreased by 53%;The unqualified times of steel claw melted iron's chemical component is decreased by 76%.
