摘　　要：针对高炉封炉特殊操作时在正常冶炼、封炉期提w([Si])降煤比冶炼、全焦负荷冶炼三个阶段的原燃料条件、理论指标及冶炼参数、渣铁成分预测等数据相互影响的复杂问题,研发出定量化、模块化、系统化精确控制封炉前炉料配料、校核的冶炼方法,对不同容积高炉在具体炉体装备、原燃料、封炉时间条件下的封炉准备期复杂计算、过程处理和冶炼进程进行系统、有效控制,有利于选择合适的冶炼参数及关键节点时间。During the special operation of blast furnace banking,there are complex issues that mutually influence crude fuel conditions,theoretical indicators and smelting parameters,slag iron composition predicated data at three stages of normal smelting,increasing w([Si])and decreasing coal smelting at the banking period,as well as full coke load smelting,so it developed a new smelting method,that can quantitatively,modularly,and systematically precise control furnace charge proportioning and checking,it can systematically,effectively calculate and control process treatment and smelting process during the preparation period of banking with the specific furnace device,crude fuel,banking time of the furnace with the different volumes,effective control is beneficial for the selection of proper smelting parameters and critical node time.
