摘  要:分析了铝电解槽各种焙烧启动方法的优缺点,与其它焙烧启动方法相比,燃气焙烧过程需实现自动化、0~960℃升温速率可控、燃气消耗稳定、对槽体温度影响稳定,故研制了天然气焙烧装置,使用后单台SY-500 KA电解槽最终焙烧温度为960℃、焙烧总时长为92 h时,燃气消耗量约为13000~14500 Nm^(3);水平方向温度分布均匀:4个测温点实时温差不超过20℃。The Advantages and disadvantages of several kinds of baking start-up methods of aluminum electrolysis cell were analyzed,and compared to the other baking start-up methods,the natural gas baking process can be controlled automatically,the heating rate of 0~960℃ can be controlled,the consumption volume of natural gas is stable,the influence for the temperature of the cell body is stable,we researched and developed natural gas baking devices,the final baking temperature of a single SY-500KA electrolytic cell is 960℃,the total baking duration is 92 h,the consumption volume of natural gas is about 13000~14500 Nm^(3);the horizontal temperature distribution is even;the real-time temperature differences of four temperature measurement point is less than 20℃.
