摘  要:由于存在槽内衬修复不到位、铺焦厚度、挂极未找平阳极底掌、装槽物料配比不适当、启动后期工艺参数起伏波动等问题,电解槽二次槽启动存在风险,采取了相应的技术及管理措施后,二次槽启动实现“三零”目标,寿命≥90%设计寿命。The secondary start-up of electrolytic cells has risks because of inadequate repair of the inside lining of aluminum electrolytic cells,the improper laying thickness of coke on cathode,the improper material proportion of charge chute,the fluctuating process parameters at starting-up later time,and other problems,the secondary start-up of electrolytic cell has risks,then we took the corresponding technologies and management measures,the"three zero"aim of the secondary start-up of the electrolytic cell was achieved,its service life≥90%of the designed lifespan.
