锌回转窑整体浇筑窑衬的开发及应用

摘　　要：分析了锌回转窑窑衬生命周期的影响因素,针对耐火砖窑衬的不足及回转窑设备本体的缺陷,开发了回转窑新型粉体材料整体浇筑技术,使其生命周期达到砖体材料内衬的2.5倍以上,回转窑内衬采购和维修成本同比下降50%以上。The influencing factors for the service life of kiln lining of zinc rotary kiln are analyzed,because of insufficient refractory brick kiln lining and rotary kiln device defects,the whole-casting technology of new type powder materials for rotary kiln was developed,then its service life cycle can reach over 2.5 times than brick material lining,the purchase and maintenance costs fell more than 50%year on year of the rotary kiln.
