摘  要:针对气垫式输送皮带投资成本高、能源损耗大、维修成本高等缺点,采用超浓相输送风动溜槽与输送皮带相结合的输送方式,充分利用了风动溜槽所具备的系统密闭性能好,所需风压低、风量小、自动化程度高等优点,该方式可节约能源成本及生产成本共计73.75万元,实现了能效双控目标。Air cushion conveying belt has disadvantages like high investment cost,high energy consumption,high maintenance costs,and so on,it applied the hyperdense phase conveying pneumatic chute and combined with the conveying belt,Complete utilization of good containment performance of the pneumatic chute brought the following advantages:low required wind pressure,small wind volume,high automatism level and so on,by using the method,its energy costs and production costs can be saved by¥737500 yuan in total,it realized the aim of efficiency control both in energy and costs.
