摘　　要：唯物辩证法是一种马克思主义哲学的世界观和方法论,揭示了自然界、人类社会、人类思维发展的一般规律。“免疫学”是一门重要的医学教育基础课程,其理论教学中富含具有哲学思辨性的内容和素材。掌握和利用唯物辩证法的基本原理和方法,将其应用于医学“免疫学”教学,有助于培养学生辩证哲学素养和辩证思维,提高科技创新能力和临床思维能力,潜移默化进行世界观、人生观和价值观的教育。而且,“免疫学”的教学实例也佐证了马克思主义哲学的强大生命力和现实指导价值,是课程思政教学的重要体现。Materialist dialectics is a world outlook and methodology of Marxist philosophy,which reveals the general law of the development of nature,human society and human thinking.Immunology is an important basic course of medical education.Its theoretical teaching is rich in content and materials with philosophical thinking.Grasping and utilizing the basic principles and methods of materialist dialectics and applying them to medical immunology teaching are helpful to cultivate students’dialectical philosophical accomplishment and dialectical thinking,improve their scientific innovation ability and clinical thinking ability,and subtly carry out the education of world outlook,outlook on life and values.Moreover,the teaching examples of immunology also prove the strong vitality and practical guiding value of Marxist philosophy,which is an important embodiment of curriculum ideology and politics teaching.
