摘  要:我国的人才培养愈发重视工科学生的工匠精神、团队精神、责任意识等方面的养成,故而强调课程思政建设的重要性,但是“电力系统继电保护”课程思政在教学过程中仍存在目标不清晰等问题。因此,针对“电力系统继电保护”的教学需求,提出了一种融合OBE(Outcome-based Education)理念的课程思政教学新模式。将课程从课程目标、课程设计、课程评价以及动态调整四个方面展开教学设计介绍,构建了五要素课程思政体系,结合“电力系统继电保护”课程安排准确切入。设计“技能—素质—发展”三位一体的评价体系,结合评价效果对授课方式进行动态调整,旨在培养“立大志、明大德、成大才、担大任”的优秀人才。China’s talent training pays more and more attention to the cultivation of students’craftsmanship,team spirit,sense of responsibility and other aspects,so it emphasizes the importance of curriculum ideology and politics construction,but there are still problems such as unclear goals in the teaching process.Therefore,in view of the teaching needs of Power System Relay Protection,this paper proposes a new mode of curriculum ideology and politics teaching that integrates the concept of OBE(Outcome-based Education).The course is introduced from four aspects:curriculum objectives,curriculum design,curriculum evaluation and dynamic adjustment,and a five-element curriculum ideology and politics system is constructed,which is accurately cut in combination with the course arrangement of Power System Relay Protection.A three-in-one evaluation system of“skill-qualitydevelopment”is designed to,dynamically adjust the teaching method based on the evaluation effect,aiming to cultivate outstanding talents who“set great aspirations,understand great virtues,become great talents,and assume great responsibilities”.
