摘 要:文章分析了龙门式木工双工位多轴加工中心成组夹具的工况,根据同步带传动具有结构紧凑、零件数量少、传动效率高和成本低等优点,确定了成组夹具转速和扭矩等传递形式为多从动轮同步带传动的设计方法。利用传动简图推导出多从动轮包角和带长的计算公式,根据计算得出各带轮包角和同步带的带长等选型参数。最后基于计算结果设计了成组夹具的结构,对动力端顶尖组件的转轴进行有限元分析,得到应力、应变及位移云图,求解最大变形为0.0107 mm,最大应力为3.548e+7 N/m2,转轴设计符合要求,为龙门式木工双工位多轴加工中心的生产和推广应用提供技术参考。This paper analyzes the working conditions of the group jig of double station multi-axis machining center of gantry woodworking.Because the synchronous belt transmission has the advantages of compact structure,few parts,high transmission effi-ciency and low cost,the design method of the multi-slave synchronous belt transmission of the group jig is determined.The formula for calculating the angle and length of the multi-driven wheel is derived by using the transmission diagram.The formula is used to cal-culate the angle of the wheel and the length of the synchronous belt,and the type of the synchronous belt.Finally,based on the calcu-lation results,the specific structure of the group of fixtures is designed.The finite element analysis is carried out on the rotating shaft of the power end center component,and the displacement cloud diagram of the stress and strain gauge is obtained.The maximum de-formation is 0.0107 mm and the maximum stress is 3.548e+7 N/m2,and the rotating shaft design meets the design requirements.The purpose of this paper is to provide technical reference for the actual production and application of double station multi-axis machin-ing center for gantry woodworking.
