摘　　要：汽车起动机将电池的电能转化为机械能,而电磁开关是汽车起动机的关键部件之一,其接触螺栓的性能是起动机正常工作的关键。文章针对铜合金螺栓性能溢出、成本高的特点,提出使用碳钢螺栓替代现有螺栓,并对其进行对比测试和应用,在保持产品品质的同时降低成本,对工程应用有较大的现实意义。The starter converts the electrical energy from the battery into mechanical energy,and the solenoid switch is one of the key components of the starter,and the performance of its contact bolts is the key to the normal operation of the starter.In this paper,for the copper alloy bolts with overflow performance and high cost,it is proposed to use carbon steelt bolts to replace the existing bolts,and it is compared and tested and applied to maintain the product quality while reducing the cost,which is of great practical significance for engineering applications.
