复杂深基坑混凝土内支撑拆除方法研究

摘　　要：为了研究复杂深基坑混凝土内支撑拆除方法,以珠海地区典型深基坑为背景,针对部分地下室结构已经施工到±0.00且主体结构已经开始施工,而其余区域地下室仅完成负四层具备初步拆撑条件工况,科学合理地安排拆撑顺序和施工方法,以保证深基坑的安全和稳定。研究表明:科学合理地划分内支撑平面拆撑分区、闷拆和明拆的范围,明确水平支撑切割顺序是在平面维度安全拆撑的保障;自下而上合理有序地拆除内支撑是竖向维度安全拆撑的保障,拆撑总体应按照先平面后竖向、先角撑后对撑、先连系梁后支撑梁的顺序进行。利用科学合理地安排拆撑顺序和施工方法,最终构建了闷拆和明拆相结合的复杂深基坑内支撑拆除一般模式。研究可为类似复杂深基坑内支撑拆除提供有效经验。In order to study the removal method of concrete internal support in complex deep foundation pits,this article takes a typical deep foundation pit in Zhuhai as the background.For some basement structures that have been constructed to±0.00 and the main structure has started construction,while the basement in other areas has only completed the preliminary removal of support conditions for the negative fourth floor,scientifically and reasonably arrange the removal sequence and construction method to ensure the safety and stability of the deep foundation pit.Research has shown that:Scientifically and reasonably dividing the scope of internal support plane dismantling,concealed dismantling,and open dismantling,and clarifying the order of horizontal support cutting is the guarantee for safe dismantling of supports in the plane dimension;Reasonably and orderly dismantling of internal supports from bottom to top is the guarantee for safe dismantling of vertical dimensions.The overall dismantling of supports should be carried out in the order of first plane to vertical,first corner brace to diagonal brace,and first connecting beam to supporting beam.By utilizing a scientific and reasonable arrangement of dismantling sequence and construction methods,a general mode of complex deep foundation pit internal support dismantling combining blind dismantling and open dismantling was ultimately constructed.Research can provide effective experience for the removal of support in complex deep foundation pits.
