摘  要:某大型水电站水垫塘廊道防渗灌浆工程中出现灌浆孔无压无回的异常问题,通过孔内摄像、岩芯分析、示踪法等方法确定灌浆孔内存在渗漏通道。结合工程实际并参考同类案例,拟采用水泥-水玻璃双液灌浆进行防渗堵漏。现场生产性试验表明:水泥水灰质量比选用1.0、水玻璃选用模数3.2及浓度40°Be′、水玻璃掺量为水泥浆的8%,选用单液式、自下而上、孔口封闭、纯压式灌浆工艺,对地质异常孔具有较好的防渗堵漏效果,能够明显降低廊道渗流量,可为类似工程提供技术参考。In the anti-seepage grouting project of the water cushion pond corridor of a large hydropower station,there is an abnormal problem of no pressure and no return of the grouting holes.The seepage channels in the grouting holes are confirmed by the methods of camera taking,core analysis and tracer method.Combined with the engineering practice and referencing similar cases,it is proposed to adopt cement-sodium silicate double liquid grouting for seepage prevention and plugging.Field production tests show that:The water-cement ratio of cement is 1.0,the modulus and concentration of sodium silicate is 3.2 and 40°Be′,and the content of sodium silicate is 8%of cement slurry.The double-liquid grouting process of single liquid,bottom-up,pore closure and pure pressure is selected,which has a good anti-seepage and plugging effect on geological abnormal holes,and can significantly reduce the seepage flow of the seepage field in the gallery.It can provide technical reference for similar projects.
