摘 要:研究开发新型绿色低碳、固碳的路面材料对支撑国家“双碳”战略目标的实现具有重要意义。为了探究稻壳生物炭细度和掺量对灌浆材料性能的影响,确定稻壳生物炭的最佳细度和替代水泥的最佳掺量,以不同细度稻壳生物炭替代不同质量分数水泥的方式,将稻壳生物炭加入到灌浆材料中,并且对不同龄期的试件进行性能测试,包括流动度试验、抗折试验、抗压试验及干缩试验。试验结果表明:在各组稻壳生物炭灌浆材料抗压强度均高于规范的前提下,以稻壳生物炭灌浆材料的抗收缩性能为参考指标,结合流动性能对掺量的影响,最终确定将稻壳生物炭细度定为粗粒径,替代水泥的比例定为8%。The research and development of new green,low-carbon,and carbon fixing road materials is of great significance in supporting the achievement of the national“dual carbon”strategic goals.In order to investigate the effects of the fineness and dosage of rice husk biochar on the performance of grouting materials,the optimal fineness of rice husk biochar and the optimal dosage of substitute cement were determined.By replacing different mass fractions of cement with rice husk biochar of different fineness,rice husk biochar is added to the grouting material,and performance tests are conducted on specimens at different ages,including flowability tests,flexural tests,compressive tests,and dry shrinkage tests.The experimental results show that,on the premise that the compressive strength of each group of rice husk biochar grouting material is higher than the standard,the anti shrinkage performance of rice husk biochar grouting material is used as a reference index,and combined with the influence of flow performance on the dosage,the final determination is to set the fineness of rice husk biochar as coarse particle size and the proportion of replacing cement as 8%.
