摘 要:为了研究玻璃纤维增强聚合物(GFRP)筋加固混凝土板的防火性能,对两种不同类型的带肋GFRP筋加固的混凝土板进行防火测试。在不同搭接长度、混凝土板厚度及配筋下,分别对共计10块混凝土板进行ISO 834标准防火曲线测试。结果表明:在保护层厚度为2.5 cm~3.5 cm时,采用连续搭接设计且锚固区低于玻璃化温度的GFRP筋加固混凝土板可达到3 h的防火时间;重叠处GFRP筋脱黏导致采用直端搭接的混凝土板在火中约19 min~39 min内破坏,而采用两端弯曲90°的GFRP筋搭接可以将耐火性提高到75 min。In order to research the fire resistance performance of Glass Fiber Reinforced Polymer(GFRP)reinforced concrete slabs,this paper made fire test on two different types of ribbed GFRP reinforced concrete slabs.Under different lap lengths,concrete slab thicknesses,and reinforcement ratios,respectively made ISO 834 standard fire resistance curve tests on a total of 10 concrete slabs.The results showed that:when the thickness of the protective layer is 2.5 cm~3.5 cm,using continuous overlap design and the GFRP reinforced concrete slabs with anchoring zone below the glass transition temperature could achieve a fire prevention time of 3 hours;the delamination of GFRP bars at the overlapping area resulted in the failure of concrete slabs using straight end lap joints within about 19 minutes of fire exposure,while using GFRP bars with 90°bending at both ends could improve the fire resistance to 75 minutes.
