摘  要:为了对钢管混凝土拱桥吊耳进行局部受力分析,以涂乍特大桥为工程背景,采用Midas-FEA软件进行了吊耳实体模型的建立与计算结果分析。主要分析内容为吊耳主板、吊耳加强板以及连接吊耳与上弦杆的横隔板三部分构件的VON MISES应力,将计算结果与规范设定的设计值进行比较。研究表明:吊耳与横隔板在受到左上方向的扣索力时,应力最大值都出现在其连接部位;吊耳加强板在受力时,应力集中于左上部且应力特征线偏向左上方向。相关研究内容可以为吊耳设计和施工提供经验。In order to conduct local stress analysis on the suspension ears of steel-concrete arch bridges,Midas FEA finite element software was used to establish a solid model of the suspension ears and analyze the calculation results,taking the Tuzha Extra Large Bridge as the engineering background.The main analysis content is the VON MISES stress of the main board of the lifting lug,the strengthening plate of the lifting lug,and the transverse partition plate connecting the lifting lug and the top chord.The calculation results are compared with the design values set in the specifications.Research has shown that when the lifting lug and diaphragm are subjected to the upper left direction of the buckle force,the maximum stress values occur at their connecting parts;When the lifting lug reinforcement plate is subjected to force,the stress is concentrated in the upper left and the stress characteristic line leans towards the upper left direction.The relevant research content can provide experience for the design and construction of lifting ears.
