摘 要:随着智慧城市的推进,在“互联网+旅游业”深度发展的背景下,智能服务已成为游客个性化出行情景中不可或缺的一部分。智能导览系统是风景名胜区智能服务中不可或缺的一环,它可以帮助游客更好地与景点交流,并通过交互式方式来丰富游客的参观感受。为探索智能导览系统在景区中的应用,该研究聚焦于上海植物园智能导览系统,采用调查、深入访谈等方式采集第一手资料,研究结果表明,该系统显著提升了游客的参观体验,提供了个性化、便捷的导览服务。同时,智能导览系统也提高了植物园的管理效率,为未来的规划和管理提供了数据支持。该研究不仅为上海植物园及其他景区的智能导览系统建设提供了参考,也表明了人工智能技术在风景园林领域的广阔应用前景。With the promotion of smart cities,under the background of the in-depth development of“Internet+tourism”,intelligent services have become an indispensable part of tourists’personalized travel scenarios.The intelligent navigation system is an indispensable part of the intelligent service of scenic spots,which can help tourists better communicate with the scenic spots and enrich the visitors’experience through interactive means.In order to explore the application of intelligent tour guide system in scenic spots,this study focuses on the application of intelligent tour guide system in Shanghai Botanical Garden,and summarizes and sorts out the service content of online intelligent tour guide system,offline intelligent tour experience and the demands of management.Using surveys,in-depth interviews and other methods to collect first-hand information,the research results show that the system significantly improves the visitor experience,providing personalized and convenient tour services.At the same time,the intelligent navigation system also improves the management efficiency of the botanical garden and provides data support for future planning and management.This study not only provides a reference for the construction of intelligent navigation system in Shanghai Botanical Garden and other scenic spots,but also shows the broad application prospect of artificial intelligence technology in landscape architecture.
