摘 要:为探讨高架桥梁钢箱梁节段吊装施工技术的应用,结合江东大道提升改造工程实际情况,立足钢箱梁节段吊装施工的重难点,分析钢箱梁节段吊装施工技术的应用要点以及实际成效。通过分析可知,由于高架桥梁钢箱梁规模比较大,难以实现整体吊装,需要采用分节段吊装的方法,并结合工程现场实际情况,从临时支墩搭设,吊机选择,试吊,吊点和钢丝绳选择,吊装精度控制,现场焊接等方面同时入手进行有针对性的把控,可在不封闭交通的情况下,完成对既有线路的跨越,减轻对交通运行造成的影响,保证高架桥梁钢箱梁节段吊装施工任务顺利完成。In order to discuss the application of steel box girder segment lifting construction technology for elevated bridges,combined with the actual situation of Jiangdong Avenue upgrading project,the application points and practical results of steel box girder segment lifting construction technology are analyzed based on the key and difficult points of steel box girder segment lifting construction.The analysis results show that due to the large scale of the steel box girder of the elevated bridge,the overall lifting is difficult to achieve,so it is necessary to adopt the method of segmental lifting.Combined with the actual situation of the project site,targeted control should be carried out at the same time from the aspects of temporary pier erection,crane selection,test lifting,lifting point and wire rope selection,lifting accuracy control,and on-site welding,so as to complete the crossing of the existing lines,reduce the impact on the traffic operation,and ensure the successful completion of the construction task of the steel box girder section of the elevated bridges.
