不同手术方式治疗小阴唇肥大有效性和安全性的Meta分析

摘　　要：目的通过Meta分析系统评价改良楔形切除手术方式与单纯切除手术方式治疗小阴唇肥大的效果和安全性。方法采用计算机检索PubMed、Embase、Web of Science、Ovid、Cochrane library英文数据库及万方数据库、中国知网(CNKI)、维普数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库。通过设定参数及检索词、检索策略,检索自建库以来至2023年10月发表的上述两种手术方式治疗小阴唇肥大的临床随机对照研究,对提取的数据采用Stata 16.0软件进行Meta分析。结果共纳入文献5篇,共计421例患者。Meta分析结果显示,改良楔形切除手术方式在术后Ⅰ期愈合率、满意度、瘢痕发生率、肿胀发生率显著优于单纯手术切除方式。结论改良楔形切除手术方式治疗小阴唇肥大在临床应用中能提高术后愈合率、满意度,降低术后并发症发生率。Objective To systematically evaluate the effect and safety of modified wedge resection and simple resection in the treatment of labia minora hypertrophy through meta-analysis.Methods Computer retrieval of PubMed,Embase,Web of Science,Ovid,Cochrane library English databases,and Wanfang database,China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),VIP database,and China Biomedical Literature Database.By setting parameters and search words,search strategies,clinical randomized controlled studies on the above two surgical methods for the treatment of labia minora hypertrophy published from the establishment of the database to October 2023 were retrieved,and the extracted data were analyzed by Stata 16.0 software.Results A total of 5 articles were included,with a total of 421 patients.The result of the meta-analysis showed that the modified wedge resection method was significantly better than the simple resection method in terms of the rate of healing in stage I after surgery,satisfaction,scar occurrence rate,and swelling occurrence rate.Conclusion The modified wedge resection method for the treatment of labia minora hypertrophy can improve the healing rate and satisfaction after surgery,and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications in clinical applications.
