摘 要:针对环渤海地区气候特征,研究院落式酒店建筑空间布局低能耗设计的有效流程与途径。首先采用正交试验与极差分析的方法,选取典型院落4个设计参数,即院落长宽比、院落宽高比、院落朝向与窗台高度,通过模拟设计参数与风环境性能指标之间的定量关系,提出酒店建筑院落布局的气候适应设计策略。然后,基于不同性能空间的需求进一步对4种空间层级布局类型进行能耗模拟和结果对比,确立了包围式和嵌入式缓冲空间与普通性能空间的层级布局模式。According to the climate characteristics around Bohai Rim region,this paper studies the effective process and approaches of low energy consumption design for the spatial layout of courtyard hotel buildings.First,the four design parameters of typical courtyards,namely,the courtyard length-width ratio(L/W),the courtyard width-height ratio(W/H),the courtyard orientation and the height of window sills(hw),are selected for energy consumption simulation experiment.The orthogonal test and range analysis are used to simulate the quantitative relationship between design parameters and wind environment parameters.And the climate adaptation design strategy of hotel courtyard layout is proposed.Then,based on the different performance requirements of spaces,the energy consumption simulation and comparison of four spatial hierarchical layout types are carried out,and the hierarchical layout patterns of enclosed and embedded buffer space and ordinary performance space are established.
