全日型社区老年人照料设施用房特征研究——以北京市为例

摘　　要：北京市于2014年起开始推广建设全日型社区老年人照料设施——养老照料中心。根据2020年对北京市养老照料中心的全面调查数据及大量实地走访调研所获取的案例资料,采用数据统计分析方法,从总体发展现状、用房规模、功能与空间配置3个方面对北京市195家中心的用房特征进行总结。针对中心在各区域分布差异大、既改类数量多、空间不足等问题,提出发展策略:依据人口分布与地域特点进行规划布局;加强康复功能与对外服务功能,以灵活设置空间和输出服务等方式弥补空间的不足;加强对既改类中心适老化技术的探索和应用。Since 2014,Beijing has promoted the construction of full-time elderly care facilities,i.e.elderly care centers.Based on the data collection of elderly care centers in Beijing in 2020 and a large amount of visiting research materials,this paper analyzes the data of 195 elderly care centers,including single data analysis and multiple data comprehensive analysis,which are supported by case studies.This paper summarizes the building characteristics of elderly care centers in Beijing from the overall development status,building scale,and functional configuration,in order to provide reference for the development in the future.
