构建日常生活网的城市微更新——以三明市沙溪滨水绿地微游乐场所更新为例

摘　　要：通过对福建省三明市区微游乐场所更新设计案例的介绍与分析,探索构建日常生活网的城市微更新模式。文章首先对三明市区老年儿童活动场地的现状问题进行了调研分析,接着梳理以日常生活为导向的城市微更新理论体系及实践案例,然后从系统性、日常性、场所性及可持续性4个方面阐述了该项目的实践策略,并对实践成果进行观察、反思与总结,提出未来可提升的方向,最后指出,城市微更新的关键在于发现和理解城市生活。Through the introduction and analysis of the design case of micro amusement park renewal in Sanming urban area,this paper explores the urban micro renewal model for building a daily life network.It first conducts research and analysis on the current situation of activity venues for the elderly and children in Sanming urban area.It then reflects on the urban micro renewal model for reconstructing the daily life network,and elaborates on the practical strategies of the project from four aspects:systematicness,dailiness,placeness,and sustainability.It observes,reflects,and summarizes the practical results,and proposes future directions for improvement.Finally,it points out that the key to urban micro renewal lies in discovering and understanding urban life.
