摘 要:利用AlSi12钎料实现了Al与K9玻璃的钎焊连接,并通过扫描电子显微镜、EDS能谱仪、万能试验机等分析测试手段,研究了温度(590~620℃)对Al/AlSi12/K9接头微观组织及力学性能的影响。结果表明,在610℃保温20min可获得良好的Al/AlSi12/K9接头;温度较低时,钎料熔化与铺展不充分,焊缝中存在裂纹、气孔等缺陷;温度较高时,母材发生烧蚀,接头质量下降;熔融金属钎料溶解Al母材并形成亚共晶液相,随着温度降低有α-Al及初晶Si的析出,在K9玻璃边界处形成冶金结合;最终形成的界面结构为:Al/α-Al+Sip+AlSi共晶/Al_(2)O_(3)+Si/K9。随着温度升高,接头剪切强度先增后减;在610℃保温20min条件下接头平均强度最高,约为6.5MPa,断裂在玻璃一侧,呈脆性断裂。The brazing of Al and K9 glass was achieved by using AlSi12 filler.The effect of temperature on microstructure and properties of Al/AlSi12/K9 glass was characterized by scanning electron microscope(SEM),energy dispersive spectrometer(EDS)and universal material testing machine.The results show that a homogeneous Al/AlSi12/K9 brazed joint can be obtained at 610℃within 20 min.Heterogeneous melting and spreading of filler will cause cracks and pores in the brazing seam with the low temperature,while the ablation of substrate occurs at the high brazing temperature making the poor-quality joint.The hypoeutectic liquid phase is produced due to the dissolving of Al by molten filler.With the decrease in temperature,α-Al and primary Si precipitates at the brazing seam,and a metallurgical bonding is formed at the boundary of K9 glass with the interface structure:Al/α-Al+Sip+AlSi eutectic phase/Al_(2)O_(3)+Si/K9.With the temperature increase,the shear strength of the joint increases first and then decreases with the maximum shear strength of 6.5 MPa obtained at 610℃within 20 min,which fractures at the glass substrate showing brittle fracture.
