摘  要:航天结构材料Haynes230合金组织和性能的改善主要依赖固溶热处理工艺,本文采用金相显微镜、扫描电镜和拉伸、冲击、硬度测试等手段,研究了不同固溶工艺参数对Haynes230合金组织特征和力学性能的影响规律。结果表明:合金的组织性能受固溶温度的影响比固溶时间的影响更为显著。结合综合评分法可得,Haynes230合金在固溶温度1215℃、固溶时间15~60 min并水冷处理后,可获得良好的组织分布和性能匹配,对优化固溶工艺和指导工业实践具有重要意义。The improvement of the microstructure and properties of the aerospace structural material Haynes230 alloy mainly relies on the solid solution heat treatment process.In this paper,the effects of different solid solution process parameters on the microstructure characteristics and mechanical properties of Haynes230 alloy were investigated using metallurgical microscope,scanning electron microscope and tensile,impact and hardness testing methods.The results indicate that the microstructure and properties of the alloy are more significantly affected by solution temperature than the solution time.Combined with the comprehensive scoring,it can be concluded that Haynes230 alloy can obtain excellent microstructure distribution and property matching after solid solution temperature of 1215℃,solid solution time of 15~60 min and water cooling treatment,which is of great significance for optimizing solid solution process and guiding industrial practice.
