摘 要:为研究甜菜碱对于热应激状态下泌乳早期奶牛血液生化指标、免疫指标、炎性因子、产奶量及乳成分的影响,将48头年龄、胎次、体况相近的泌乳奶牛,随机分为4组,每组12头,分别为对照组、试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组。试验周期30 d,在试验第0、14、30天时检测奶牛的血清生化指标、免疫指标、炎性因子、产奶量及乳成分。结果显示:处于热应激环境下的泌乳早期奶牛血清Glu在试验第14天,试验Ⅱ、Ⅲ组显著高于对照组5.73%、6.30%(P <0.05);在试验第30天,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组显著高于对照组5.68%、7.67%、7.39%(P <0.05)。血清UREA在试验第30天,试验Ⅱ、Ⅲ组显著低于对照组15.73%、12.23%(P <0.05)。各组血清TC、TB、AST、ALT无显著差异(P> 0.05)。免疫指标IgG在试验第30天,试验Ⅱ组、试验Ⅲ组显著高于对照组7.74%、7.11%(P <0.05)。Ig A、IgM无显著差异(P> 0.05)。炎性指标IL-6在试验第30天,试验Ⅱ、Ⅲ组显著低于对照组8.38%、8.99%(P <0.05)。HP无显著差异(P> 0.05)。平均产奶量和乳成分分析显示,平均产奶量在试验第30天试验Ⅱ组、试验Ⅲ组显著高于对照组6.31%、5.17%(P <0.05)。乳脂、乳蛋白、乳糖和体细胞无显著差异(P> 0.05)。综上,在饲料中添加甜菜碱对处于热应激的泌乳早期奶牛可改善动物营养状态,促进蛋白质代谢,提高免疫指标水平,降低炎性因子水平,提高产奶量。This experiment aimed to study the effect of Betaine on blood biochemical indexes,immune indexes,inflammatory factors,milk yield and milk composition of early lactating cows under heat stress.A total of 48 early lactating cows with similar age,parity,body condition were randomly divided into four groups,with12 cows in each group,namely the control group,experimental group I,experimental group II,and experimental group III.The experimental period was 30 days,and the serum biochemical indicators,immune indicators,inflammatory factors,milk yield,and milk composition of the cows were tested on the 0th,14th,and30th days of the experiment.The results showed that on day 14 of the trial,the serum Glu levels in early lactation cows under heat stress in the experimental groups II and III were significantly higher than that in the control group by 5.73%,6.30%(P < 0.05);On day 30 of the trial,the levels of group I,group II,and group III were significantly higher than those of the control group 5.68%,7.67%,7.39%(P < 0.05).On day 30 of the trial,the serum UREA levels in group II and group III were significantly lower than those in the control group by 15.73%,12.23%(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in TC,TB,AST,and ALT(P > 0.05).On day 30 of the trial,the IgG levels in test group II and test group III were significantly higher than those in the control group by 7.74%,7.11%(P < 0.05).There were no significant difference in IgA and IgM(P > 0.05).on day 30 of the trial,IL-6 in the experimental group II and experimental group III significantly decreased in the control group by 8.38%,8.99%(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in HP(P > 0.05).The analysis of average milk production and milk composition showed that on day 30 of the trial,the average milk production in group II and group III was significantly higher than that in the control group by 6.31%,5.17%(P < 0.05).There were no significant difference in milk fat,milk protein,lactose and somatic cell cells(P >0.05).In conclusion,the addition of Betaine to th
