摘　　要：以中国为代表的全球水产养殖业发展迅猛,拉动了鱼油的强劲消费,从而造成鱼油持续供给短缺和价格上涨的局面,因此,寻求鱼油替代品已成为水产饲料领域的重要课题之一。棕榈油是一种种植面积广、产量大的植物油,已广泛应用于饲料、食品、化工、医药、生物质能和其他领域。本文综述了棕榈油在鱼类配合饲料中应用的研究进展,为合理配制鱼类配合饲料提供有益参考。The rapid development of the global aquaculture industry,has contributed to a significant increase in fish oil consumption,resulting in a continuous shortage of fish oil supply and rising prices in the feed oil source market.Therefore,finding candidates to replace fish oil has become one of the important issues in the aquafeed sector.Palm oil is a vegetable oil with a wide cultivation area and huge production,and has been widely used in industries such as feed,food,chemical industry,pharmaceutical,biomass energy.This paper reviewed the progress of palm oil application in fish formulated feed,aimed to provide the useful reference for the rational application of palm oil in practical feed formulations of fish.
