摘  要:为探究发酵红薯渣饲料对鲤鱼生长性能、肠道形态和非特异性免疫的影响,本试验利用益生菌发酵红薯渣后,按照添加比例0%、10%、20%和30%配制饲料,即对照组、10%添加组、20%添加组和30%添加组,分别投喂初始体重为(408.36±26.12)g鲤鱼,每组3个重复,每个重复10尾,试验期为42 d,测定试验鱼的生长性能、血清抗氧化指标和非特异性免疫指标以及切片观察免疫器官与肠道结构形态。结果显示:(1)与对照组比较,10%添加组和20%添加组鲤鱼特定增长率分别提高37.45%和40.17%(P <0.05)。(2)与对照组比较,10%添加组、20%添加组和30%添加组鲤鱼肠绒毛长度、肠绒毛长度/隐窝深度(V/C)和肌层厚度均极显著增加(P <0.01)。(3)与对照组比较,20%添加组鲤鱼脾脏谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)含量显著增加27.99%(P <0.05),30%添加组鲤鱼血清丙二醛含量显著降低29.55%(P <0.05),10%添加组和30%添加组鲤鱼脾脏溶菌酶(LZM)水平均显著降低(P <0.05)。(4)与对照组比较,20%添加组脾脏IFN-γ含量分别降低25.84%(P <0.05),30%添加组鲤鱼肾脏IL-1β含量显著提高27.84%(P <0.05)。上述结果表明,发酵红薯渣能改善鲤鱼肠道形态结构,促进营养物质消化吸收和增强非特异性免疫,从而利于鲤鱼生长,其中添加20%的发酵红薯渣效果最佳。This study aimed to investigate the effec ts of fermented sweet potato pomace feed on growth performance,intestinal morphology and non-specific immunity of carp.In this experiment,after fermentation of sweet potato pomace with probiotics,the feeds were prepared according to the additive ratios of 0%,10%,20%and 30%(i.e.,control group,10%-added group,20%-added group and 30%-added group),and fed to the carp with initial body weights of(408.36±26.12)g in groups of 3 replicates of 10 carp each,and the experimental period was 42 d.Growth performance,serum antioxidant indexes and non-specific immunity indexes were measured,and sections were taken to observe immunity and immunity.The growth performance,serum antioxidant indexes and non-specific immunity indexes of the test fish were measured,and the structural morphology of the immune organs and intestines were observed in slices.The results showed that:(1) Compared with the control group,the specific growth rate of carp in the 10% and 20% additive groups increased significantly by 37.45% and 40.17%(P < 0.05).(2) The length of intestinal villi and length of intestinal villi/crypt depth(V/C) and the thickness of muscle layer were significantly increased(P < 0.01) in carp in the 10%-added,20%-added and 30%-added groups compared with the control group.(3) Compared with the control group,the spleen glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px) content of carp in the 20%-added group was significantly increased by 27.99%(P < 0.05),the serum malondialdehyde content of carp in the 30%-added group was significantly decreased by 29.55%(P < 0.05),and the level of lysozyme(LZM) in the spleen of carp in the 10%-added and 30%-added groups was significantly decreased(P < 0.05).(4) Compared with the control group,the levels of spleen IFN-γ in the 20%-added groupwas significantly reduced by 25.84%(P < 0.05),and the levels of renal IL-1β in the 30%-added group were significantly increased by 27.84%(P < 0.05).The above results inducated that fermented sweet potato pomace could improve the intestinal m
