摘  要:环境适应性是综合保障装备的重要质量特性。综合保障装备使用环境包括自然环境和诱发环境,影响到装备的材料性能、电子元器件功能、电气设备绝缘性能、结构的稳定性等方面。由于综合保障装备使用频繁,其环境适应性要求一般高于主装备,因此最关键的是要进行环境适应性设计,主要是采取改善环境或减缓环境影响的措施以及选用耐环境能力强的结构、材料、元器件和工艺。为对综合保障装备的环境适应性作出正确的评价,要合理运用各类试验方法,包括实验室环境试验和现场试验以及多种试验相结合等方式,并要重视产品在用户使用的环境适应性意见的收集,用以指导型号的环境适应性改进设计。Environmental adaptability is an important quality characteristic of comprehensive support equipment.The usage environments of comprehensive support equipment,including the natural environment and induced environment,affect the material performance,electronic component function,electrical equipment insulation performance,structural stability,and other aspects of the equipment.Due to the frequent use of comprehensive support equipment,its environmental adaptability requirements are generally higher than those of the main equipment.Therefore,the most crucial task on this topic is to conduct environmental adaptability design,mainly by improving the environment or mitigating environmental impacts,and selecting structures,materials,components,and processes with strong environmental resistances.To make a correct evaluation of the environmental adaptability of comprehensive support equipment,it is necessary to use various testing methods strategically,including laboratory environmental testing,on-site testing,and a combination of muliple tests.It is also important to pay attention to the feedback collected from users on the products'environmental adaptability,in order to guide the design improvement of models'environmental adaptability.
