摘 要:从基本心理需要理论出发,立足生命教育理念,开展心理健康教育教学实践探索,为高职院校有效开展心理健康教育提供参考。以某高职院校114名学生为研究对象,采用生命态度量表、自杀态度量表考察实验组和对照组在干预前后生命态度是否存在显著差异。结果显示:干预后实验组在生命态度及各维度、自杀态度的得分均高于对照组,在生命经验维度存在显著性差异;干预前后实验组在死亡态度维度和自杀态度的差异达到显著水平(P值均<0.05)。研究表明,融入生命教育理念的心理健康教育课程能够有效满足高职学生的基本心理需要,从而对其生命态度产生积极的影响。Starting from the theory of basic psychological needs and based on the concept of life education,this paper explores the practice of mental health education teaching,providing a reference for the effective implementation of mental health education in vocational colleges.The study was conducted on 114 students from a certain vocational college,using the Life Attitude Scale and the Questionnaire of Suicide Attitude to examine whether there was a significant difference in the level of life attitude between the experimental group and the control group before and after intervention.The results showed that the experimental group scored higher than the control group in terms of life attitude and suicide attitude after intervention,and there was a significant difference in the dimension of life experience.Before and after intervention,the experimental group showed significant differences in the dimensions of death attitude and suicide attitude(P values<0.05).Research has shown that incorporating the concept of life education into mental health education courses can effectively meet the basic psychological needs of higher vocational students,thus having a positive impact on their attitude towards life.
