摘 要:在电力供应体系中发展新能源,有利于推动我国能源转型,以便更好地应对全球气候变化。规划工作关系到新能源发展的有序性,在对新能源进行规划时,需要合理地分析新能源的使用特点,保障新能源发电项目顺利实施。但是,一些项目在规划过程中没有考虑电力系统的特点和需求等,对新能源的发展起到限制影响,不利于充分发挥新能源的作用,也不利于实现可持续发展目标。在区域电力系统规模不断扩大的背景下,需要积极研究新能源电源规划和储能配置,有效规避上述问题,对实际发展起到指导作用。The development of new energy in the power supply system is conducive to promoting energy transfor-mation in China,in order to better respond to global climate change.Planning is related to the orderly develop-ment of new energy.In the planning of new energy,it is necessary to reasonably analyze the use characteristics of new energy to ensure the smooth implementation of new energy power generation projects.However,some proj-ects do not consider the characteristics and demand of the power system in the planning process,which has a lim-ited impact on the development of new energy,and is not conducive to giving fully play to its role and also realiz-ing the goal of sustainable development.In the context of the continuous expansive scale of the regional power sys-tem,it is necessary to actively study the power source planning and energy storage configuration of new energy to effectively avoid the above problems and play a guiding role for actual development.
