摘 要:带式输送机在运转过程中始终受到力的作用,受力不均匀时会出现跑偏的情况。通过研究皮带机运行过程中的受力情况,以及皮带运转过程中的不同现象,详细分析造成皮带跑偏的原因,从而达到快速寻找故障点的目的,及时解决皮带跑偏问题。针对长期性的跑偏问题,提出了部分改进方案并分析利弊,从而达到有效提升皮带稳定性的目的。A belt conveyor is always subjected to force during operation,and deviation will occur when the force is uneven.Through the study of the force in the operation process of the belt conveyor,as well as different phenom-ena in the operation process of the belt,this paper makes a detailed analysis of the causes of belt deviation,so as to achieve the purpose of quickly finding fault points to timely solve belt deviation problems.For long-term deviation problems,this paper also puts forward some improvement schemes and analyzes their pros and cons,so as to achieve the purpose of effectively improving the stability of the belt.
