摘 要:工程机械的快速发展极大地推动了液压控制技术的创新,使高效、节能、智能化及环保的液压系统成为这一领域的关键需求。然而,液压系统的泄漏问题却是工程机械中一个普遍而棘手的难题。这类泄漏在初期往往不易被发现,容易被忽视,但随着时间的推移,泄漏问题可能导致工作效率下降、环境污染加重,甚至引发人员伤亡。因此,对于工程机械液压系统泄漏的原因进行深入研究,并探索有效的预防措施,显得至关重要。这不仅有助于提高机械性能和安全性,还对环境保护和可持续发展具有重要意义。The rapid development of construction machinery has greatly promoted innovation in hydraulic control technology,making an efficient,energy-saving,intelligent and environmentally-friendly hydraulic system a key re-quirement in this field.However,the leakage problem of the hydraulic system is a common and challenging prob-lem in engineering machinery.This type of leakage is often difficult to be detected and easy to be overlooked in the early stage,but over time,leakage problems may lead to decreased work efficiency,increased environmental pollu-tion and even casualties,so it is crucial to deeply study the causes of the leakage of the hydraulic system in construc-tion machinery and explore effective preventive measures,which not only helps to improve mechanical perfor-mance and safety,but is also of great significance for environmental protection and sustainable development.
