摘 要:通过对铝合金模板早拆技术在锦绣华庭项目(一期)的应用,详细介绍了该技术的原理、基本构造、安装要点、质量控制、拆除时间确定、拆除要点及优点等。结果表明:其具有承载力高、稳定性好,通用性较强,重复使用次数多、周转率高,支撑体系简单坚实、作业空间大、施工效率高,施工现场整洁美观、安全,施工形象好,成本低,节能、低碳、环保等特点。拆模后混凝土内实外光,可免抹灰,可加快施工进度。此项技术在锦绣华庭项目(一期)成功运用可为以后类似工程施工提供参考。Through the application of the early-dismantling of aluminum alloy formwork in the Jinxiu Huating project(Phase I),the principle,basic structure,installation points,quality control,dismantling time determination,dismantling points and advantages of this technology are introduced in detail.The results show that this technology has the characteristics of the high bearing capacity,good stability and strong versatility,it can be reused many times with the high turnover rate,it has a simple and solid support system with large working space and high construction efficiency,it has a clean,beautiful and safe construction site,it has a good construction image,it has a low cost,and that it is energy-saving,low-carbon and environmental.After formwork is dismantled,concrete is solid inside and smooth outside and can be free of plastering,which can accelerate the construction progress.The successful applica-tion of this technology in the Jinxiu Huating project(Phase I)can provide reference for the construction of similar projects in the future.
