摘　　要：随着我国城市化的推进,房产成为我国居民的重要资产。房产测绘是促进房产交易维护业主权益的重要工作,房产面积测绘质量受到多方面因素的影响,需要采取有效的控制性措施加强测绘质量管理。主要探讨了房产测绘中影响房产面积测绘质量的因素,并提出相应的控制措施。人员素质、设备精度、测量方法、环境因素以及管理制度等因素都会影响房产面积测绘的质量。为提高房产测绘质量,需要加强人员培训、选用高精度设备、制定合理的测量方法、考虑环境因素以及建立完善的管理制度。实施质量控制措施有助于提高房产面积测绘的准确性,保障购房者的权益,促进房地产市场的公平交易。With the advancement of urbanization in China,real estate has become an important asset for Chinese residents.Real estate surveying and mapping is important work to promote real estate transactions and safeguard the rights and interests of owners,and the quality of real estate area surveying and mapping is affected by many factors,so it is necessary to take effective control measures to strengthen the quality management of surveying and mapping.This paper mainly discusses the factors affecting the quality of real estate area surveying and mapping in real estate surveying and mapping,and proposes corresponding control measures.Factors such as personnel quality,equipment accuracy,measurement methods,environmental factors and management systems will all affect the quality of real es-tate area surveying and mapping.In order to improve the quality of real estate surveying and mapping,it is neces-sary to strengthen personnel training,select high-precision equipment,formulate reasonable measurement methods,consider environmental factors and establish a sound management system.The implementation of quality control measures can help improve the accuracy of house property area surveying and mapping,protect the rights and inter-ests of home buyers,and promote fair transactions in the real estate market.
