黄河流域公共文化服务与旅游产业的耦合协调特征及影响因素

摘　　要：运用耦合协调度模型、核密度估计方法和地理探测器模型,探讨2005、2010、2015和2020年黄河流域公共文化服务与旅游产业的耦合协调特征及影响因素。结果表明:第一,黄河流域公共文化服务指数呈现“∧”形特征,空间均衡特征明显,高值集中在中西部内陆城市和省会城市,低值分布在经济欠发达城市;旅游产业发展指数逐年提升但升速较慢,空间分异特征较为明显,青岛旅游产业指数最高,吴忠旅游产业指数最低。第二,公共文化服务与旅游产业耦合协调水平较低,呈现明显的非同步特征,以中度失调类型为主;两者耦合协调的空间均衡程度不明显,西安耦合协调水平最高,商丘耦合协调水平最低。第三,公共文化服务与旅游产业耦合协调中心较为稳定,两者耦合协调的内部差异逐渐缩小,空间分布相对分散。第四,不同影响因素对黄河流域公共文化服务与旅游产业耦合协调的作用强度不同,科技创新>人口规模>消费能力>经济发展>财政支出。由此建议,从提升公共文化服务效能、构建高质量公共文化服务体系、丰富融合方式方法等方面采取措施,促进黄河流域公共文化服务与旅游产业的协调发展。Using the coupling coordination degree model,kernel density estimation and geographical detector model,this study discusses the characteristics and influencing factors of the coupling coordination of public cultural service and tourism industry in the Yellow River Basin in 2005,2010,2015 and 2020.The results show that:First,the public cultural service index in the Yellow River Basin presents a“Λ”–shaped feature with obvious spatial equilibrium,with the high value concentrated in the central and western inland cities and provincial capital,and the low value distributed in the less developed cities.The tourism industry development index increases year by year,but the growth rate is slow,and the spatial differentiation is obvious.Qingdao tourism industry index is the highest,and Wuzhong tourism industry index is the lowest.Second,the coupling coordination level of public cultural service and tourism industry is relatively low,showing obvious asynchronous characteristics,mainly in the type of moderate imbalance,and the spatial equilibrium degree of coupling coordination between the two is not obvious,Xi’an coupling coordination level is the highest,and Shangqiu coupling coordination is the lowest.Third,the coupling coordination center of public cultural services and tourism industry is relatively stable,and the internal differences of the coupling coordination between the two are gradually narrowed,and the spatial distribution is relatively scattered.Fourth,different influencing factors have different effects on the coupling and coordination of public cultural service and tourism industry in the Yellow River Basin,and the explanatory power is ranked as scientific and technological innovation > population size > consumption capacity > economic development > fiscal expenditure.Therefore,measures should be taken to promote the coordinated development of public cultural services and tourism industry in the Yellow River Basin from the aspects improving the efficiency of public cultural services,building a high-qu
