全民健身视域下我国社区体育公共服务发展路径研究

摘　　要：在全民健身热潮的推动下,我国社区体育迎来了新的增长点,社区体育公共服务成为居民感受全民健身公共服务建设成果的重要载体。运用文献资料、逻辑分析等方法,分析社区体育公共服务在全民健身发展中的重要价值。研究认为,社区体育公共服务发展有助于夯实社区全民健身基础,完善全民健身公共服务体系,为全民健身公共服务治理提供了借鉴。但在发展的过程中仍存在着社区体育公共服务供给不足,模式单一;管理不协调,效率不高;体系不完善,矛盾突出的困境。提出全民健身视域下我国社区体育公共服务发展路径:丰富社区体育公共服务资源,创新供给方式;加强部门间协同治理,提升社区体育公共服务管理效率;完善社区体育公共服务体系,提供健康优质服务。Driven by the national fitness craze,community sports in our country has ushered in a new growth point,and community sports public service has become an important carrier for residents to feel the public service construction results of national fitness.This paper analyzes the important value of community sports public ser-vice in the development of national fitness by using the methods of literature and logical analysis.The research shows that the development of community sports public service can help to consolidate the foundation of commu-nity national fitness,improve the national fitness public service system,and provide a reference for national fit-ness public service governance.However,in the process of development,there are still insufficient supply of community sports public service and a single mode;The uncoordinated management and low efficiency;The di-lemma of imperfect system and prominent contradictions.This paper puts forward the development path of com-munity sports public service in China from the perspective of national fitness:enriching community sports public service resources and innovating the supply mode;Strengthening inter-departmental collaborative governance to improve the efficiency of community sports public service management;improving the community sports public service system to provide healthy and high-quality services.
