摘　　要：某项目T1办公楼结构形式为内混凝土核心筒+外框钢结构体系,其底部设计了Y形柱,用于增加下部结构的空间效果,而顶部屋面结构则巧妙地将内核心筒内预埋钢结构和密封拉索结合起来,将整个屋面的一侧斜拉形成了悬挑无柱结构,同样增加了顶部视野通透的建筑效果。本研究重点介绍了在T1办公楼的建设中针对特殊结构所采用的众多关键技术,以便于为类似钢结构施工提供借鉴。The office building T1 of a project consists of inner concrete core walls+outer frame steel structures.Y-type columns at the bottom are for spatial enhancement of the substructure.At the top,embedded steel members are delicately combined with concealed cables into a column-free cantilever structure on one side of the whole roof,thus expanding the top view.This study focuses on the key technologies in construction of special structures of the office building T1,to provide a reference for construction of similar steel structures.
