摘　　要：亦庄同仁医院(同仁医院南区)配套项目存在工期紧张、建筑集中、局部占地面狭小、高低跨落差大、交叉作业多等问题,基于现场实际条件,采用BIM在酒店外墙保温及涂料施工前对吊篮的屋面布置、全高行程路线进行施工模拟,通过碰撞检测,可直观地展示各部件组成及虚拟正确位置,以保证施工质量和安全,提高施工效率,达到节省成本、缩短工期的目的。The supporting project of Yizhuang Tongren Hospital(South District of Tongren Hospital)involves tight construction period,dense buildings,local narrow areas,large difference between high and low spans,crossing operations,etc.To overcome these problems,the construction simulation was performed with the BIM technology in terms of the roof layout and overall height route of the basket before the exterior wall insulation and coating construction of the hotel based on site conditions.Through collision testing,the composition and virtual correct position of each component were visualized to ensure the construction quality and safety,improve the construction efficiency,reduce costs and shorten the construction period.
