摘 要:为了更好地处理不良地质与大臂展塔式起重机安装过程中存在的技术隐患,分析了此种组合情况下塔式起重机安装施工的技术难点。针对软弱地基工程,采取了CFG桩对该地基进行处理的方案,其单桩竖向的承载力特征值为330 kN,最大沉降量为3.14 mm,最大偏向值为30 mm,满足设计要求。通过对塔式起重机基础安装施工过程中塔式起重机不同风速下、不同方向下的有限元模拟,得出其最大位移响应为19.16 mm,最大加速度响应为0.7161 m/s2,并根据计算结果提出了相应的预警方案。In order to properly deal with poor geological conditions and technical hazards in largeboom tower crane installation,the technical difficulties in tower crane installation under these conditions were analyzed.CFG piles were constructed in weak foundations.The characteristic value of the vertical bearing capacity of each pile was 330 kN,the maximum settlement was 3.14 mm,and the maximum deviation was 30 mm,which met the design requirements.Through the finite element simulation of tower cranes at different wind speeds and in different directions in the tower crane base installation process,the maximum displacement response was 19.16mm and the maximum acceleration response was 0.7161m/s2.In addition,a response warning solution was proposed according to calculation results.
