改革与调适:陕甘宁边区婚俗改革的实践探索

摘　　要：陕甘宁边区政府成立后,早婚、包办及买卖婚姻等婚俗的弊端日益凸显,背离婚姻自由的价值趋向。边区政府通过颁布新婚姻条例,加强对边区百姓的宣传教育,使得边区婚俗改革取得了一定成效。面对改革中结婚登记与订婚习俗的冲突、法定婚龄与早婚习俗的冲突、禁止买卖婚姻与高额彩礼习俗的冲突,边区政府在坚持婚姻法基本原则的基础上,通过维护婚姻良俗、适当迁就传统婚俗、坚决抵制婚姻陋俗等措施使得冲突得到调适。陕甘宁边区的婚俗改革在实践中稳步推进,对于减少婚姻纠纷、维护社会秩序发挥了重要作用。By promulgating new marriage regulations and increasing education and publicity for the people of the frontier areas,the frontier government of Shannxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region has achieved some success in reforming marriage customs in the frontier areas.However,traditional marriage customs had been prevalent for a long time and the people of the border areas found it difficult to accept the new marriage laws.In the face of the conflict between the new marriage law and traditional marriage customs during the reform process,the government of the border area,while adhering to the basic principles of marriage law and respecting local customs,has taken a series of measures to reconcile the conflict.In practice,the marriage reform has played an important role in reducing marriage disputes and maintaining social order.The marriage reform also broke the fetters imposed on the people of the border areas by feudalism,so that the new concept of marriage began to take root in the hearts of the people.
