摘  要:为了研究客货共线铁路采用60N钢轨廓形时道岔区的轮轨关系,以标准60 kg/m钢轨为对比,首先建立多体动力学模型,采用基线法,从导曲线区、转辙器区及辙叉区三个部分的特征断面入手,研究了采用两种钢轨廓形时轮轨接触位置、轮径差等关键轮轨接触几何参数的变化规律;然后,建立轮轨接触有限元模型,计算分析各特征断面轮轨接触应力变化情况。结果表明:相比标准60 kg/m钢轨,车轮与60N钢轨廓形匹配时,接触点分布更集中,轮径差变化较小,接触斑呈椭圆形,应力增长相对缓和,但在转辙器区及辙叉区过渡较急促;60N钢轨廓形更适合工况较简单的导曲线区段,而标准60 kg/m钢轨廓形更适合工况较为复杂的转辙器区及辙叉区。In order to study the wheel-rail relationship in the turnout area of a mixed passenger and freight railway using a 60N steel rail profile,a multi-body dynamic model was first established by comparing the standard 60 kg/m steel rail.Starting from the characteristic cross-sections of the guide curve area,switch area,and frog area,the baseline method was used to study the changes in key wheel-rail contact geometric parameters such as wheel-rail contact position and wheel diameter difference when using two types of steel rail profiles.Then,a finite element model for wheel-rail contact was established and the changes in wheel-rail contact stress at each characteristic section were calculated and analyzed.The results show that compared to the standard 60 kg/m rail,when the wheel is matched with the 60N rail profile,the distribution of contact points is more concentrated,the difference in wheel diameter is smaller,the contact spot is elliptical,and the stress growth is relatively gentle,but the transition is more rapid in the switch and frog areas.The 60N profile is more suitable for guide curve sections with simpler operating conditions,while the standard 60 kg/m profile is more suitable for switch and frog areas with more complex operating conditions.
