国产涤纶POY纺丝油剂的性能研究及应用

摘　　要：测试了国产“天纺”牌涤纶预取向丝(POY)纺丝油剂的性能指标,并通过纺丝、加弹生产,评价了该国产油剂的适用性。通过与同类进口涤纶POY纺丝油剂在相关指标、使用性能上的对比分析,表明国产“天纺”牌涤纶POY纺丝油剂具有更好的应用性能,满足涤纶纺丝和加弹的要求。The performance indexes of domestic "Tianfang" brand polyester pre-oriented yarn(POY) spinning oil were tested,and the applicability of the domestic oil was evaluated by spinning and texturing production.Compared of related indexes and performance with the samilar imported polyester POY spinning oil,the results show that the domestic "Tianfang" brand polyester POY spinning oil has better application performance and can meet the requirements of polyester spinning and texturing.
